Participants who successfully complete our program, will as a minimum receive their TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
We believe, however, that this is not necessarily the mark of a great front of room professional, so we have developed a higher level of assessment, known as "Beyond Cert IV".
The Beyond Cert IV level of certification reflects what we have found to be successful to work in the government, corporate and not for profit sectors and is based on our own experiences, plus research into what world class trainers and facilitators do.
